Work around life, not over it.
Your week, planned around your life.
Pensova books your tasks into the time you actually have, priority first and before the deadline, and never over date night.
7 days free, then from $9 a month. Two Google Calendar permissions and nothing else: no mail, no contacts, no files.
Google Calendar today. Microsoft 365, Apple Calendar and Slack arriving Q1 2027. What it works with
What it handles
What the scheduler does today, not someday.
Each line is shipped and covered by a test. Anything planned is marked so wherever it appears on this site.
- Does your time blocking for you: work placed by priority first, then deadline, into the free time you have
- Takes a task typed, spoken into the microphone, photographed off a schedule, or said to Siri from the car
- Puts a task due on Saturday on Saturday, and places anytime tasks from 8 am to 9 pm on any day
- Splits long work across days into blocks, none shorter than thirty minutes
- Honors every subscribed calendar, including free/busy-only and holiday calendars
- Replans within about a minute when a meeting lands on placed work
- Keeps your change when you move one of its blocks in Google Calendar, and drops blocks you delete there
- Turns meeting notes, pasted or forwarded by email, into draft tasks to review and accept, on Pro
- Schedules recurring tasks per week, each occurrence placed fresh
- Says why a task could not be placed, on the row, instead of hiding it
Add from anywhere
Say it, type it, or point the camera at it.
“Hey Siri, capture this. Kids’ hair appointment Saturday, forty five minutes.” A few seconds later it is on the calendar, on Saturday, and Siri says so. A photo of the soccer schedule becomes every practice and game as fixed blocks. A sentence in the add box, typed or spoken, becomes a draft with the length and deadline filled in.
- Type it in the add box
- Say it into the microphone
- Photograph a schedule or an appointment card
- Hey Siri, capture this, from the lock screen or the car
The work around the work
Stop playing calendar Tetris. Keep deciding what.
Choosing a slot, moving it when a meeting lands, moving it again when the week changes: that is work about the work. Pensova does it, and shows its reasons.
A project due Friday

The services Pensova runs on. Each is named on the Security and data page with what it holds.
Like most busy working professionals, my wife and I had more follow‑ups than hours, a to-do list rewritten every Sunday night, and a calendar that treated every open hour, including dinner, as fair game.
I built Pensova to do the placing for me, and to start from the other end: the calendar is a whole life, and the work gets the hours that are actually free. It reads the shifts, the practices and the evenings you keep, and fits the work around them. If it ever books over one of those, that’s a bug, and I want to hear about it.
See it in action
Four things that happen in a week, worked through.
Priority first, then the deadline, into the free time.
Q3 board deck
Urgent, due Friday. Took the first free mornings.
Tue 9:30–12:00
Delaware filing follow-up
High, due today. Fitted the 90 minutes after the client call.
Tue 2:00–3:30
Website copy
High, splittable. Three blocks across Wed, Thu and Fri.
Wed 3:00–5:00
Inbox to zero
Weekly. This week's occurrence, placed in this week.
Fri 2:00–3:00
Read the vendor contract
Low, no deadline. Nothing left before Friday. Shown as unscheduled, not hidden.
Unscheduled
What you can hold it to
Three rules it does not break.
Rules you can read
Priority first, then deadline, then the earliest gap that fits. The whole decision order is written down in the help center, and every placement shows its reason.
Your edits win
Drag one of its blocks to a better time, here or in Google Calendar, and Pensova keeps your change; delete one and the work shows as unscheduled
Drafts, never actions
Everything it proposes from your words or your notes is a draft you accept or dismiss. Nothing lands on your calendar without you.

Life first
Soccer practice, date night, Friday drinks. All of it counts.
Anything on a calendar you subscribe to is a commitment the scheduler works around, whether it is a client call or the kids’ game. In the week at the top of this page, the board deck went into the free mornings and stopped at five. Thursday evening was never in play.
Where this is going
In development · Go-live Q1 2027Next is a home workspace: a shared family calendar with a view per person, the kids’ school and activity calendars imported, chores and errands as schedulable tasks anyone at home can own, and a family plan priced per household. None of it is built yet. It is listed so you know what you are buying into, not what you are buying.
- Mon 1:00Family cookout (holiday)
- Tue 5:00Kids' soccer practice
- Wed 6:00Gym
- Thu 7:00Date night
- Fri 5:30Drinks with friends
- Sat 9:00Kids' soccer game
- SunNothing placed. Nothing was left to place.
Security and data
Four facts, each checkable. No badges we do not hold.
- Google
Two permissions
Read calendars, create events. No mail, contacts or files. Revoke it any time from your Google account.
- Verification
Verified by Google
Google reviewed the app and both Calendar permissions in September 2026. Sign-in shows the ordinary permission screen, no warning.
- Storage
Events never copied
Availability is read live at each plan and forgotten. Only a fingerprint of the busy pattern is kept.
- Billing
Card never touches us
Checkout and the billing portal are Stripe's. Pensova keeps a mirror of the plan and nothing about the card.
Pricing
Two plans. No free tier, because the scheduler never sleeps.
Every plan starts with 7 days free. Pay yearly and save 10%. Cancel from the app at any time.

Questions
Things people ask before connecting a calendar.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. Pensova runs in the phone's browser with the same calendar and task list, you can say a task into the microphone or photograph a schedule, and on iPhone a Shortcut lets you say "Hey Siri, capture this" from the lock screen or the car. Native apps for the App Store and Google Play are in development, go-live December 2026.
- What does Pensova need from Google?
- Two Calendar permissions: to read your calendars and to create events. It asks for nothing else, not mail, contacts or files. Google shows the full list before you approve, and you can revoke it from your Google account at any time.
- Will it move my meetings?
- No. It only ever creates, moves or deletes the events it made itself. Everything else on your calendar is treated as fixed, and it schedules around it.
- What if I move one of its blocks myself?
- Your change wins. Drag one of its blocks to a better time, in Pensova or in Google Calendar, and Pensova keeps it there. Delete one in Google Calendar and it stops treating that work as scheduled.
- Does it work with Outlook or Microsoft 365?
- Not yet. Today it is Google Calendar only. Microsoft 365 is planned.
- Does it read my email?
- No. There is no mail permission. Notes reach Pensova only when you paste them in, or when you forward a notes email to your private Pensova address. A forwarded email is read once, turned into drafts, and discarded.
- Is it ready?
- The scheduler and calendar run against real calendars every day and are tested. The product is young: you will find rough edges, and we want to hear about them.
