Meeting notes to tasks
The meeting ends. The work has somewhere to go.
Paste the notes from any meeting tool, or your own. Every action item and follow-up comes back as a draft with a suggested duration and deadline. Accept the ones that are yours and they are scheduled. Pro plan.
- Any notes
- Gemini's notes, Otter, Zoom's summary, Fireflies, a transcript, or what you typed on your knee. If you can paste it, it works.
- Knows who you are
- The model is told your name and email, so a line that names you becomes your task, and “marketing will follow up” does not.
- No duplicates
- Paste the same notes twice, or notes that mention work already on your list, and the repeats are skipped and counted.
- Nothing until you accept
- Drafts wait in their own tab. Edit the title, duration, deadline or priority in place, then accept or dismiss each one.

Pricing review, Tue. The client wants the revised numbers before Wednesday. I will book the offsite venue by Friday. Q4 hiring plan needs a first draft for the 15th, mine. Marketing will follow up on the case study separately.

Extract and discard
The notes are read, then forgotten.
Pasted notes are processed in memory and never stored: not in the database, not in logs, not in a job queue. Only the drafts that come back are kept, and only until you decide on them.
The text is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API with your name and email, and nothing else. Anthropic does not train on API inputs. Details on the Security and data page.
Why Pro
It is the part that costs money per use.
Each paste is a call to a language model. That is the cost the Pro price covers, and the reason there is no cap on how much you paste. On Lite the feature is visible with a plain upgrade prompt, not a broken button.

From paste to automatic. In development · Go-live Q1 2027
Today you paste. In development: notes arriving on their own from a folder you choose in Drive, and from a recording's transcript, through the same review step. Nothing is created without your accept, whichever way the notes arrive.
