Services

Everything, with a status on every line.

15 capabilities are live and running against real calendars. 35 are in development with a single go-live target of Q1 2027. Nothing in development is sold as if it were shipped.

Auto-scheduling

The scheduler is complete on every plan. These are the behaviours it has today.

  • Tasks placed into free time

Each task carries a duration, a deadline and a priority. Pensova places it in the earliest gap inside your working hours that fits, priority first, then deadline.

    Live
  • Every calendar counts

Every calendar your Google account subscribes to can count as busy, including ones shared as free/busy only and public-holiday calendars. You choose which ones do.

    Live
  • Long work splits across days

Tick “Can be split” and a task longer than any single gap becomes pieces across the week, none shorter than thirty minutes and never a sliver.

    Live
  • Repeating tasks

Daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly or yearly, with an optional end date. Each occurrence is placed fresh inside the period it falls in.

    Live
  • Background replanning

A job checks every connected calendar every 15 minutes. When the busy pattern has changed, the week is replanned; when it has not, nothing is touched.

    Live
  • Your edits win

Move one of Pensova's blocks, in Pensova or in Google Calendar, and it stays where you put it. Delete one and the task shows as unscheduled rather than pretending.

    Live
  • Blocked time

Protect a standing focus block or a recurring commitment. It is written to Google Calendar as a recurring event and the scheduler works around it from then on.

    Live
  • Why a task was not placed

A task with no duration, a passed deadline, or no free time before its deadline stays on the list with the reason on its row.

    Live
  • Day, 3-day, 5-day and week views

Non-working days hidden unless you work them, the first day of the week yours to set, today tinted with a line at the current time. Usable on a phone.

    Live
  • Drag blocks inside the app

Drag a placed block to another time or day on Pensova's own calendar. It moves in Google Calendar too, and the scheduler keeps it there on every replan.

    Live
  • Faster replanning on ProPro

A five-minute background cadence for Pro, alongside the fifteen-minute sweep on Lite.

Capture and drafts

Everything the model proposes is a draft you accept or dismiss. It never writes to your calendar on its own.

  • Plain-words task capture

Type “deck for the board by Thursday, about two hours” and a draft comes back with the title, duration, deadline and priority filled in, to correct before it lands. Fifty a month on Lite, unlimited on Pro.

    Live
  • Meeting notes to draft tasks, by pastePro

Paste notes from any meeting tool, or your own. Every action item that is yours comes back as a draft with a suggested duration and deadline; repeats are skipped.

    Live
  • Meeting notes, automaticallyPro

Notes arriving on their own: the “Notes by Gemini” email after a Google Meet, Meet transcripts read directly, and a Drive folder you choose for Zoom, Otter and the rest. Same review step, nothing created without your accept.

  • Capture from SlackPro

Turn a Slack message into a draft task from where you read it, and receive a short morning note of what was placed.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Tasks kept in NotionPro

Tasks that live in a Notion database, scheduled by Pensova and kept in sync as they are done.

Assistant

The scheduler with a voice: ask it things, and let it tell you what the day holds.

  • Chat with the assistantPro

Ask it to create or move work, read your calendar, and draft replies. Every change it proposes is a draft you confirm.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Morning briefPro

Each morning, by email or push: today's calendar, the top tasks, anything overdue, and what the scheduler moved overnight and why.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Gmail: extract and discardPro

With your permission, action items in your email become drafts. Message bodies are processed in memory and never stored or logged.

  • Meeting links attached

Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links added to scheduled meetings automatically.

Calendars and accounts

Google Calendar today. The rest is built behind the same calendar interface, so nothing else changes when it arrives.

  • Google Calendar

One Google account and every calendar it subscribes to. Two permissions: read calendars, create events. No mail, contacts or files.

    Live
  • Microsoft 365Pro

Outlook calendar, and later mail, through Microsoft Graph. The same scheduler, the same rules, a second connected account.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Apple CalendarPro

Read as a subscribed calendar first, so iCloud events count as busy; a direct connection later.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027

Household workspace

One calendar that runs work and home. The scheduler already treats practice and date night as commitments; this gives the household its own room.

  • Shared family calendar with per-person viewsFamily

A second workspace, Home, with a calendar everyone in the household shares and a view for each person.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Household membersFamily

Invite a partner or family member by email or text. They see the shared calendar and can message the assistant.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Kids' school and activity calendarsFamily

Subscribe to the school's and the club's calendars so practice, games and early dismissals are on the family calendar and counted as busy.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Chores and errands as tasksFamily

Schedulable tasks that anyone at home can own, placed around each person's own commitments.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Home maintenance that repeatsFamily

Filters, car service, the seasonal list, as recurring tasks that come around on their own.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Meal plan, groceries, billsFamily

A meal plan and grocery list, and a bills and subscriptions tracker with dates and amounts. No bank connection.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Family planFamily

One price per household rather than per person.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027

Appointment booking for service businesses

For retail, clinics, salons and practices: customers, patients or clients book into the calendar the business already uses, and the scheduler keeps the day working.

  • Public booking into your own calendarBusiness

A booking page with no login. Availability comes straight from the business's Google or Microsoft 365 calendar, and a confirmed booking is written back to it.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Services catalogBusiness

Services and products with a price, a duration and a tax flag, so a booking knows how long it takes and what it costs.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Staff and room calendarsBusiness

Each staff member, and each room, chair or table, is its own calendar. A booking takes the staff and the room together, and free/busy on either blocks the slot.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Automatic reschedulingBusiness

When a staff calendar changes, affected bookings are re-placed by the same scheduler that places tasks, and the customer is told.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • SMS and email confirmations and remindersBusiness

A confirmation at booking, reminders before the appointment, and a message when anything moves.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Rescheduling from the customer's replyBusiness

A customer replies to the reminder by text or email to move or cancel, and the booking is rescheduled from that reply.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • No-show and cancellation handlingBusiness

Fee rules set at booking time, applied when an appointment is missed or cancelled late.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Deposits and payment through StripeBusiness

A deposit at booking, the balance on completion, and refunds, all through Stripe. No card details touch Pensova.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Orders, ledger and day closeBusiness

Orders with line items on an append-only ledger, inventory counts for retail lines, tax stored per line, and a day close reconciled against Stripe payouts.

Billing, security and platform

What runs underneath, and what is promised about it.

  • Plans and billing through Stripe

Lite and Pro with a seven-day trial. Checkout to start, Stripe's billing portal for everything after. Your card never touches Pensova's servers.

    Live
  • Data handling

Calendar events are never copied into the database; access tokens are unreadable by any signed-in user; pasted text is processed and discarded. Written up on the Security and data page.

    Live
  • Account deletion in the app

A button that deletes the account and everything stored with it. Today it is an email to privacy@pensova.com.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Regulated-data track

Business Associate Agreements, audit logging and admin-consent sign-in for health systems and other regulated employers. Pensova is not a HIPAA product today and does not claim to be.

    In development · Go-live Q1 2027
  • Reachable from other assistants

Your calendar and tasks exposed through MCP, so you can talk to your schedule from whichever assistant you already use.
