Terms of Service

Last updated 8 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Pensova at pensova.com. Using the service means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable.

What Pensova is

A scheduling assistant that places tasks you enter into free time on your Google Calendar. It is operated by EBA Holdings Corp, a Delaware company, and it is young: features change, and things break.

Your account

You sign in with Google, so you need a Google account and you must follow Google’s own terms. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

What Pensova will do to your calendar

Pensova creates, moves and deletes calendar events in order to schedule your work. It only touches events it created. It will move your scheduled work automatically — including in the background, when the app is not open — because that is the entire point of it.

If you move or delete one of its events yourself in Google, it keeps your change rather than overruling you.

Fair use

Do not:

  • use Pensova to break the law, or Google’s terms;
  • try to reach data belonging to other people, or probe the service for weaknesses without asking first;
  • automate against it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else;
  • resell access to it.

If you find a security problem, please write to security@pensova.com before telling anyone else. Good-faith reports are welcome.

Price

Pensova is a paid subscription with two plans, Lite and Pro, at the monthly prices shown on the pricing page. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of the plan chosen at checkout. A card is taken at checkout; nothing is charged if the plan is cancelled before the trial ends.

Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel, change plan or update your card at any time from Manage plan in the app, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling keeps the plan running until the end of the period already paid for; partial months are not refunded except where the law requires it. Prices may change; any change to an existing subscription will be emailed at least 30 days before it takes effect.

What is not promised

Pensova is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It is not guaranteed to be available, correct, or uninterrupted — and it depends on Google Calendar, which can change or fail independently of us.

It is a scheduling aid, not a system of record. Your calendar is the record. Check anything that matters. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a missed meeting, a missed deadline, or lost work; and total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by revoking access in your Google account and asking us to delete your data — see the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or is being used in a way that threatens the service, and will say why where we can.

The service itself may be discontinued. If that happens you will get at least 30 days’ notice, your calendar events are yours and stay where they are, and your data will be deleted afterwards.

Changes and law

These terms may change; the date at the top is when they last did, and material changes are emailed to account holders in advance. They are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
