The trial, plainly
What happens over the first week.
- Day 1
Pick a plan, connect Google
Checkout on Stripe takes a card and starts the trial. Back in the app, approve the two Calendar permissions and choose which calendars count as busy.
- Day 1 to 7
Use all of it
The whole plan, not a cut-down version. Add work, watch it land, move one of its blocks in Google Calendar and see the app keep your change.
- Day 8
Stay or go
Cancel any time before day 8 from Manage plan in the app and nothing is charged. Otherwise the plan continues at $9 or $29 a month, or, if you chose yearly, the year is charged once at 10% off.
Billing runs on Stripe: Checkout to start, Stripe’s billing portal for everything after. Your card never touches Pensova’s servers. See Security and data for what is stored, and the Terms for the contract.

The parts people ask about.
- How does the trial work?
- Every new account starts with 7 days of the plan you pick, free. Checkout runs on Stripe and asks for a card up front so the plan continues without interruption; cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from Manage plan in the app. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel, change plan or update the card. Canceling keeps the plan running until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Why is there no free plan?
- Because the scheduler keeps working when you are not looking. Replanning your week in the background whenever your calendar changes costs money per user, and a permanent free tier would have to switch that off, which is the point of the product.
- What happens to my calendar if I stop paying?
- Nothing. The events Pensova created are yours and stay on your calendar. Pensova stops placing new work and stops moving anything.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Yes. Pay for a year and it is 10% off: Lite is $97.20 a year ($8.10 a month) and Pro is $313.20 a year ($26.10 a month). The same 7-day trial applies; the year is charged once when the trial ends. Cancel from Manage plan in the app and the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for. Already on monthly? Switch to yearly in the billing portal.
- Is there a team plan?
- Not yet. A Team tier with workspaces, assignment and per-seat billing is in development, go-live Q1 2027. Nothing is billed until it exists.
- Which plan do I need for meeting notes?
- Pro. Turning notes into drafts calls a language model per paste or per forwarded email, which is the main cost the price covers. Lite users see the feature and a plain upgrade prompt, not a broken button.
- What counts as a capture on Lite, and when does the 50 reset?
- A capture is one plain-words description turned into a draft task. Lite includes 50 per calendar month, counted in your calendar's time zone and reset on the 1st; the app shows how many are left once you are under ten. Pro has no cap.
- What happens when the trial ends or a payment fails?
- Pensova stops placing new work and stops moving anything until a plan is chosen or the card is fixed. Your tasks, drafts and the events already on your calendar stay exactly where they are and remain readable.
