Pensova exists because deciding when to do the work is a chore nobody should have to do by hand, and because the tools that do it treat the calendar as if only the job lived on it.
The name
From the Latin pensum: the portion of work allotted for a day. The mark is that allotment, a day portioned into blocks with one of them placed and filled.
What it is for
You keep the list. Pensova decides when. It reads every calendar you subscribe to, finds the time you actually have, and books the work into it, priority first and before the deadline. When a meeting lands on a block, the block moves, whether or not you are looking.
Its one strong opinion is that a calendar is a whole life. Practice, date night and the cookout are commitments, and the scheduler works around them with the same care it gives a client call. The next step is a home workspace, so the household is planned as well as the job. That part is planned, not built, and it is said so wherever it is mentioned.
What it is not
Not an email client, and not a chat assistant that hides what it is doing. Everything Pensova proposes is a draft you accept or ignore; it never writes to your calendar except to place the work you gave it, and it only ever touches events it created. It is Google Calendar only today, built for a desktop screen and usable on a phone, and young enough that you will find rough edges. We want to hear about them.

Pensova is built and operated by EBA Holdings Corp, a company registered in Delaware, United States. The terms you agree to are on the Terms page, what is stored on the Security and data page, and the person answering hello@pensova.com is the person building it.
