Billing and trials

The trial

Every new account starts with seven days of the plan chosen at checkout, free. Checkout is on Stripe and takes a card so the plan continues without a gap. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.

Managing the plan

Open Manage on the plan card at the bottom of the sidebar. That opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can switch between Lite and Pro, update the card, see invoices, or cancel. Changes made there reach the app within a few seconds.

Cancelling

The plan runs until the end of the period already paid for, then stops. Nothing is refunded for a partial month except where the law requires it.

After cancelling

The events Pensova created stay on your Google Calendar; they are yours. Pensova stops placing new work and stops moving anything. Your tasks remain in the account until you delete it.

Which plan for what

The scheduler is complete on both plans. Pro adds meeting notes to tasks and unlimited plain-words capture. The full grid is on the pricing page.
