Plans

Lite is $7 a month or $75.60 a year; Pro is $19 a month or $205.20 a year. A year up front is 10% off. The scheduler is complete on both; Pro adds meeting notes to tasks and unlimited plain-words capture. The full grid is on the pricing page.

The trial

Every new account starts with 7 days of the plan chosen at checkout, free. Checkout is on Stripe and takes a card so the plan continues without a gap. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. On yearly billing the year is charged once, when the trial ends.

Managing the plan

Open Manage on the plan card at the bottom of the sidebar. That opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can switch between Lite and Pro or between monthly and yearly, update the card, see invoices, or cancel. Changes made there reach the app within a few seconds. Switching during a trial keeps the days you have left.

Cancelling

The plan runs until the end of the period already paid for, then stops. Nothing is refunded for a partial month or year except where the law requires it.

After the plan ends

The events Pensova created stay on your Google Calendar; they are yours. The plan card shows no plan and offers both plans again. Your tasks remain in the account until you delete it.
