Working hours and the first day of the week

Settings holds four things the scheduler needs: the hour your day starts, the hour it ends, the days you work, and the first day of your week. The default is nine to five, Monday to Friday, starting on Monday. Change any of them and the week is replanned.

Hours and days

Work is only ever placed inside these hours on these days. Evenings and weekends stay empty unless you include them, which is also how personal calendars are kept as commitments rather than filled: the scheduler plans around what is on them and never over it.

The first day of the week

The Week view starts on the day you choose. Pick Sunday and the grid runs Sunday to Saturday. If the first day you chose is not a working day, the week shows every day; otherwise it shows only the days you work. The Day, 3-day and 5-day views always start from today.

Time zone

Times follow your primary Google Calendar’s time zone, shown in Settings. There is nothing to set; change it in Google and Pensova follows.
