Use Pensova from Claude

Connect Pensova to Claude once, then ask it in plain words to add a task, say what is on this week, or move work to another day. Pensova books it on your Google Calendar.

Pensova works as a connector in Claude, on the phone, the web and the desktop app. Once it is connected you can say “add call the dentist to Pensova, twenty minutes, by Friday” or “what’s overdue? Move it to Tuesday morning,” and Claude does it in your Pensova, which places the work on your Google Calendar as it always does.

Connect it

  1. In Pensova, open Settings, expand Assistants, and press Copy beside the address. Copying it avoids a stray character, which Claude reports as “no MCP server was found”.
  2. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, tap + and choose Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Pensova, paste the address, and press Continue. Claude checks the address and picks Sign in now and Register automatically by itself; leave those as they are and press Add.
  4. Claude opens a Pensova page. Sign in if it asks, read what Claude will be able to do, and press Allow.

Pensova then shows in Claude’s connector list with its tools, and in Pensova’s Settings under Assistants with the day it was connected.

What Claude can do

  • Add a task in plain words, read the same way as the box at the top of your tasks, and placed at once.
  • Say what is on your calendar from Pensova this week, list your tasks, and read your working hours.
  • Change a task’s title, length, deadline, priority or earliest start, so “move it to Tuesday” puts it on Tuesday.
  • Mark tasks done, reopen them, or delete them.

It cannot see your other calendar events, your email or your Google password, and it cannot change your plan. Everything it does goes through Pensova, which re-places the rest of your week afterwards.

What to know

  • Each task Claude adds counts as a capture: Lite includes 50 a month, Pro has no limit.
  • To disconnect, press Disconnect all under Assistants in Pensova’s Settings. Every assistant you connected is signed out at once.
  • Claude remembers Pensova’s list of tools from when you connected. If a new one is announced in the changelog, remove Pensova in Claude’s Connectors and add it again to pick it up.
  • ChatGPT takes a connector address only on plans that offer Developer mode, on chatgpt.com in a browser; its Free and Plus plans and its phone app cannot add one. It should work the same way with the address in Settings, but only Claude has been tested so far.
