“Google Calendar is not connected” after revoking access

You removed Pensova from your Google account, so it can no longer read your calendar. Sign out and sign back in, approving both permissions. The events it created are still on your calendar.

The weekend is missing from the Week view

Week shows only the days you work when your first day of the week is a working day. To see Saturday and Sunday, add them to your working days in Settings, or set Sunday as the first day of the week. On a phone, the wider views also scroll sideways.

A task is on the list but not on the calendar

Its row says why: no duration, a deadline already passed, or no free slot before the deadline. Give it a length, move the deadline, allow splitting, or widen your working hours. Then it is placed.

I dragged a block and it bounced back

The drop was refused, and the reason was shown: the time was taken by another of Pensova’s blocks, was more than a day in the past, or was beyond the fourteen days it plans ahead. Pick another time.

Duplicate drafts from meeting notes

Pasting the same notes twice, or forwarding the same email twice, skips items that match a pending draft or an open task and reports how many were skipped. If two items look alike but are worded differently, dismiss one.

A forwarded email produced nothing

Forwards are accepted only from the address you sign in with, from the notes services, and from addresses you added under Also accept forwards from. A forward from your work address when you sign in with a personal one is the usual cause: add the work address in Settings and forward again. Notes by email also needs Pro, and accepts up to 30 forwards a day.

I moved an event in Google and the app moved it back

It should not, and if it does, email hello@pensova.com with the task’s title. A block moved in Google, or in the app, is kept on every replan until you edit the task’s duration, deadline, priority or split setting.
